- Is the product original and sealed?
- Yes. Everything is sealed in its original shrink wrap and sourced from our Japanese suppliers.
- How is the product packaged?
- We wrap every box in bubble wrap to protect the corners from impact, fill any empty space with paper and seal the outer carton, so it travels safely.
- Where do you ship?
- Across the EU. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of the order and its destination. We are based in the Netherlands, so shipping there is cheapest.
- Can I return an order?
- Yes. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the order arrives. Because the value of sealed trading card products depends on their factory condition, a booster box is refunded in full only if the original shrink wrap and seals are intact. If the seal is broken or damaged, we deduct the loss in value from the refund.
- A product I want is "Available on request". What does that mean?
- We do not have it in stock right now, but we can get it through our supplier. Contact us and we will arrange your order.
