Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

7Seas TCG is a eenmanszaak registered in the Netherlands and trading as 7Seas TCG.

2. When these terms apply

These terms apply to every offer we make and every contract between us and a customer. We will make them available to you before you place an order, in a form you can save. If any part of them turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.

3. Prices

All prices shown include Dutch VAT at 21% and are in euros. Shipping is calculated separately and shown before you confirm.

We do our best to price correctly, but obvious errors happen. If a price is clearly wrong, for example a booster box listed at a small fraction of its value, we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will tell you promptly, offer the correct price, and refund you in full if you would rather not go ahead.

4. How an order is formed

Listing a product is an invitation to order, not an offer. A contract exists once we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, and reasons include stock that has already gone, a delivery address we cannot ship to, or a failed payment.

Stock shown on the site is our best information at the moment the page loads. It is possible for two people to order the last item within seconds of each other. If that happens we will contact you and refund in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Mollie B.V.. We never see or store your card or bank details. Available methods are shown at checkout and currently include iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard.

6. Delivery

We ship within 30 days of your order at the latest, and in practice much sooner. See shipping and delivery for times and costs. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed to you or to someone you nominated.

If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, you may cancel the order and we will refund everything you paid, including the original shipping cost, without delay.

7. Cancelling and returns

You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days. How it works, what it costs you, and the form you can use are all set out on thereturns and right of withdrawal page.

8. Faulty or wrong items

Everything we sell must match its description and be of the quality you can reasonably expect. If something arrives damaged, opened, or is not what you ordered, email us within a reasonable time of noticing and we will repair, replace, or refund. This is your statutory right and nothing here limits it.

Sealed product is sold sealed and unsearched. We do not guarantee the contents of any sealed pack or box, because nobody can: the distribution of cards inside is set by the manufacturer and is random.

9. Complaints

Email info@7seastcg.com. We reply within 14 days. If your complaint needs longer to investigate, we will say so within those 14 days and give you an indication of when to expect an answer.

If we cannot resolve it together, you may take the dispute to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform atec.europa.eu/odr.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not allow that limit, which includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and intent or gross negligence on our part.

11. Law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country.
