Shipping and delivery
Last updated 2026-10-05.
Where we ship
Across the European Union. Orders are dispatched from Amsterdam, Netherlands or Milan, Italy, whichever holds the stock, and the contract is with the Dutch business either way.
If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and ask. It usually means we have not set a rate for it yet rather than that we will not send there.
Cost
One price per order, by destination and parcel weight, tracked, including VAT. It is shown in full at checkout before you pay. One to four booster boxes, packed, come to under 2 kg.
Free shipping in the Netherlands on orders from € 250,00.

Heavier parcels (up to 31.5 kg) are priced at checkout. For anything larger, email us at info@7seastcg.com.
Time
We dispatch within 2 to 3 working days of receiving your order. Delivery then takes around 1 working day within the Netherlands and around 5 working days elsewhere in the EU. These are the carrier's timings and not a guarantee, but if anything has not arrived within 30 days of your order you may cancel it for a full refund.
How we pack
Every box is wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the corners, empty space is filled with paper, and the outer carton is sealed. Never a padded envelope. A bumped corner on a sealed box is a real loss of value to a collector, and it is the most common way a shipment gets ruined.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked and you get the number by email when it leaves us.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph the parcel before opening it fully if the outer box looks crushed, then email us. Damage in transit is our problem to resolve with the carrier, not yours. See returns for how we put it right.
